Moscow, Oct. 29 (Petra) -- Russia's Finance Ministry said Thursday that total natural gas production rose 3.3 percent in the first nine months of 2026 to about 495.4 billion cubic meters, according to official data.

The ministry said budget revenues from dividend distributions of gas companies reached about $9 billion since the beginning of the year, with expectations of rising to about $10 billion by the end of the current year, based on an exchange rate of nearly 81 rubles to the dollar.
