Maan, Aug. 23 (Petra) -- Maan Governor Khalid Al-Hajjaj visited the Maan Governorate Public Works Directorate on Sunday to review ongoing infrastructure projects and assess preparations for the upcoming 2026–2027 winter season.

Accompanied by head of the directorate, Imran Al Bdoor, Al-Hajjaj was briefed on infrastructure projects scheduled for implementation in 2027, as well as active projects continuing through 2026.

During the visit, the governor instructed field teams to elevate operational readiness ahead of winter. He called for strict monitoring of road traffic safety elements and directed continuous inspections and maintenance of ongoing street lighting repairs across the governorate.

Al-Hajjaj emphasized the necessity of executing projects according to established timelines to enhance local infrastructure and improve public service delivery for residents. He also stressed the importance of close coordination among relevant agencies and regular field inspections to ensure projects meet required quality standards and completion deadlines.
