Amman, July 2 (Petra) -- The selling price of one gram of 21-karat gold, the most in demand among consumers in the local market, stood at JD83.7 at jewelry shops on Thursday morning, while the buying price was JD79.4.

According to the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry Shops and Goldsmiths, the selling price of 24-karat gold reached JD96.1 per gram, while 18-karat gold was priced at JD73.7 per gram at jewelry shops.
