Amman, Oct. 28 (Petra) -- The Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) is highlighting the capabilities of Jordanian industry at the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference SOFEX 2026, with a dedicated pavilion featuring eight Jordanian factories.

The participating manufacturers are showcasing a diverse range of products for defense and security applications, including components and structural assemblies, composite materials and carbon-fibre alternatives, control systems and electronics, vehicle armouring and laminated glass, mechanical spare parts, and smart measurement and monitoring systems.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Fathi Al-Jaghbeer, ACI Chairman, said the participation aims to highlight the capabilities of local manufacturers, strengthen Jordan’s presence in the defense and security industries, and create new opportunities for industrial partnerships and expanded supply arrangements with international companies.

Al-Jaghbeer added that the exhibition provides a valuable platform for Jordanian manufacturers to engage with international companies and delegations, explore opportunities for partnerships, manufacturing and supply, support the localization of industrial production, and access new markets for Jordanian products.
