Aqaba, Sept. 13 (Petra) - Aqaba Company for Ports Operation and Management Director-General Mahmoud Khleifat met on Sunday with a delegation from Sinoma Cargo (Nanjing) International Logistics Co., a major Chinese firm that uses the port as a key regional hub.

Khleifat presented the port's latest modernization plans and development strategies to enhance its standing as a competitive regional hub.

He stated that cargo handling remains on schedule for docked ships, with 24/7 operations ensuring Aqaba Port remains an efficient and reliable regional trade hub.

The delegation lauded Aqaba Port's management, citing efficient facilities and hassle-free loading operations for international shipping lines.
