Amman, April 25 (Petra) – Two people died and eight others were injured in a two-vehicle collision in the Dead Sea region, according to the spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD).
In a statement, the spokesperson stated ambulance crews provided necessary first aid to the injured and evacuated them to the hospital, while the deceased were taken to South Shuna Government Hospital.
The official added that the injured are currently receiving medical treatment.
A traffic investigation was launched to identify the circumstances behind the deadly accident.
