Crown Prince Foundation, Deloitte Middle East Partner to Provide Internships, Career Readiness Opportunities for Youth

Amman, July 23 (Petra) -- The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) and Deloitte Middle East signed an agreement on Thursday aimed at advancing youth employability and future readiness in Jordan by combining CPF’s nationwide presence, operational capacity and leadership in youth empowerment through its diverse portfolio of programs, with Deloitte’s global expertise, professional capabilities, and commitment to developing future-ready talent.

The MoU was signed on behalf of CPF by its Chief Executive Officer, Tamam Mango, and on behalf of Deloitte by its Managing Partner in the Middle East – Jordan, Karim Nabulsi.

According to a press statement, Deloitte will provide internship opportunities for qualified youth within its professional work environment and deliver structured mentorship and career exposure programs designed to enhance their readiness for the labor market. These programs will include career-readiness support and training on key employability skills and understanding workplace requirements.

As part of its Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) programs, Deloitte will additionally deliver capacity-building sessions for youth across a range of areas, including future skills such as green skills and cybersecurity. In addition, the firm will provide pro bono advisory and organizational support drawing on its specialized expertise and contribute to initiatives aimed at further developing youth spaces.

The partnership aims to bring together Deloitte’s professional expertise, the impact of its Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability programs, and its human capital and resources, with the extensive nationwide reach of CPF’s programs and opportunities across all governorates of Jordan, as well as CPF’s role in advancing youth leadership and empowerment.

The partnership also coincides with the opening of Deloitte’s new office in Amman, further reinforcing the firm’s long-term commitment to Jordan and its continued investment in the country’s people, talent and future growth.

In a statement, the CPF said that its partnership with Deloitte aligns with its ongoing efforts to expand quality opportunities available to youth by providing specialized training and practical pathways that enable them to develop their professional skills and align them with labor market demands, while benefiting from global expertise provided by partners with specialized expertise and knowledge, enriching their practical experience and enhancing their economic participation.

Nabulsi said, "At Deloitte, we believe that investing in young people is one of the most meaningful ways to create long-term societal impact. Through this partnership with the CPF, we are combining our expertise, talent, and resources with Jordan’s leading platform for youth empowerment to help equip young people with the skills, experiences, and opportunities they need to succeed in the future workforce".
