Amman, March 15 (Petra) - Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah II, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Sunday attended the closing ceremony of the 33rd edition of the National Hashemite Competition for the Memorisation and Recitation of the Holy Quran for Men, organised annually by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs at the King Hussein bin Talal Mosque.

At the closing ceremony, the Crown Prince presented certificates to the 35 winners, out of a total of 4,000 participants this year, as well as to the seven members of the jury.

The ceremony was attended by a number of senior civilian and military officials, muftis, Sharia judges, and imams.
