Education ministry, Sudanese ambassador discuss cooperation

Amman, Jan. 11 (Petra) – Secretary General of the Ministry of Education for Educational Affairs, Dr. Nawaf Ajarmeh, on Sunday discussed with the Sudanese Ambassador to Amman, Hassan Saleh Swar Al-Dahab, ways to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation.
During the meeting at the ministry's headquarters, Ajarmeh emphasized the "depth" of the existing mutual collaboration, citing ways to enhance it in various fields, mainly in the education area.
Ajarmeh also noted the ministry's commitment to provide "equal" educational services to Sudanese students as their Jordanian peers, whether in public or private schools.
The Sudanese envoy, in turn, praised the "excellent" treatment provided to Sudanese citizens in Jordan, noting the "distinguished" educational services and numerous other services provided by Jordan to the Sudanese community in various fields.
The diplomat highlighted the importance of the "close bilateral partnership, based on a long history of constructive cooperation," affirming readiness to expand its horizons in the future, particularly in the education field.
