Amman, April 6 (Petra) -- The El Hassan Youth Award launched a specialized training course for its administrative and field staff on Monday, as part of a strategic plan to improve operational efficiency and program delivery.

The organization said in a statement that the program is designed to sharpen its employees' professional skills and deepen their understanding of the award’s core principles and developmental impact on participants.

The training covered the full project lifecycle, from initial registration procedures to the final ceremonies celebrating youth achievements, ensuring a structured and integrated educational experience.

The program also detailed operational policies, including the coordination of roles between civil and military personnel during outdoor expeditions. Additionally, it provided technical training on media coverage strategies to ensure effective communication of the award's mission.

In response to modern workplace demands, the course included modules on cybersecurity and digital threat mitigation, alongside workshops on professional communication and business etiquette.

Training sessions focused on specialized programs aimed at empowering Jordanian youth by developing their intellectual and physical capabilities. The award seeks to instill a spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and national belonging as fundamental pillars of community building.

The organization concluded that this training initiative reflects its commitment to human resource development and institutional performance. The move aligns with national objectives to qualify young Jordanians as active leaders in sustainable development.
