Amman, May 2 (Petra) – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi held a phone conversation Friday evening with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

According to a Foreign Ministry statement, Safadi and Rubio discussed the regional developments and the related de-escalation efforts, as well as addressing regional and international repercussions on the basis of ensuring lasting security and stability.
