Gov't Management Academy Launches 3rd Phase of Women Leadership Program

Amman, May 4 (Petra) -- The Jordanian Academy for Government Management on Monday launched the third phase of "Ertiqa," the Future Executive Leadership Track of the Women’s Leadership Program in the public sector.
The Academy's CEO, Mustafa Hamarneh, stressed the importance of empowering women and strengthening their role in the labor market, citing their active contribution to the advancement and development of society.
Siham Khawaldeh, the Academy's Director General, congratulated the participants on qualifying for this advanced stage of the program and urged that training be translated into a practical impact and acquired skills and knowledge applied in the workplace.
The third phase includes field activities designed to put training outcomes into practice, support institutional performance, and generate measurable impact.
The program is implemented under the Support to Public Administration Reform in Jordan, backed by the Italian government and carried out by the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), with the aim of strengthening government leadership capacities and supporting public sector modernization efforts.
