Amman, June 15 (Petra) -- Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Mazen Al-Qadi extended his warmest congratulations and best wishes, on behalf of himself and members of the House, to His Majesty King Abdullah II, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, and all Jordanians on the occasion of the Hijri New Year.

In his message, Al-Qadi prayed that the new year would be a blessed one, filled with goodness and prosperity, and that Jordan would continue to enjoy security, stability, and progress.

He said the occasion serves as a reminder of the values of faith, patience and generosity, as well as the noble principles of Islam, which call for love, tolerance and solidarity.

Al-Qadi concluded by praying that the blessed occasion would return with goodness and blessings for His Majesty the King, the Crown Prince, the Jordanian people, and the Islamic nation.
