Amman, March 17 (Petra) -- The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) announced on Tuesday that it has finalized the executive program for the National Cybersecurity Strategy 2025-2028, which has now been approved by the National Council for Cybersecurity.
In a statement, NCSC Chairman Mohammad Smadi said the executive program comprises 42 programs to be implemented through 51 projects, covering all pillars and objectives of the National Cybersecurity Strategy.
He said the plan takes into account the nature of national challenges and priorities, ensuring there are no implementation gaps or overlaps in roles and responsibilities.
Smadi added that the executive program was developed through a participatory approach based on a series of meetings and workshops held by the center with the entities responsible for implementation.
He said the center will oversee implementation through a framework based on clear performance indicators and a defined timetable, using an advanced electronic system provided by the Prime Ministry.
The system includes measurement tools and performance dashboards that track progress and identify any challenges or obstacles that may emerge during implementation, he added.
Smadi said periodic reports will be submitted to the National Council for Cybersecurity outlining progress and implementation results.
