Amman, April 13 (Petra) -- The Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) on Monday launched a new mobile application designed to serve as a comprehensive digital hub for the kingdom’s industrial sector, aimed at automating administrative services and improving engagement with manufacturers and the media.
The application allows industrial firms to access services related to energy, investment, and exports directly. Under the new digital framework, users can submit and track applications electronically, as well as access official reports, circulars, and chamber activities to bypass traditional bureaucratic procedures and increase communication efficiency.
The platform includes an advanced order management system that lets industrialists monitor the status of their inquiries in real time. Automated notifications alert users whether a request is new, processing, or completed, a move the chamber says is intended to bolster transparency and operational speed.
The digital tool also includes a dedicated portal for the press, providing journalists with direct access to news releases, data, and economic reports. By offering immediate, publication-ready content, the chamber aims to broaden the scope and speed of media coverage for the national industry.
Furthermore, the app includes an interactive window for industry-specific events and exhibitions. This feature allows businesses to register for local and international trade fairs directly through their devices, supporting networking opportunities and market expansion.
The JCI stated that the launch is part of a broader vision to provide faster and more efficient services to industrialists, media professionals, and economic stakeholders through a unified digital gateway.
