Amman, Jan. 6 (Petra) -- The Jordan University Hospital on Tuesday received 8 children from the Gaza Strip suffering from cardiac, renal, neurological, and gastrointestinal conditions to provide specialized medical care, as part of the humanitarian efforts led by His Majesty King Abdullah II to ease the suffering of civilians in the enclave.
According to a hospital statement, the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army on Monday evacuated the 20th batch of Gaza patients through the Jordanian Medical Corridor initiative, which included 18 patients and 36 companions, who were subsequently distributed among Jordanian hospitals for treatment.

He noted that the hospital has mobilized its full medical and human resources to provide comprehensive care in line with the highest accredited standards.
Bsoul added that Jordan continues its humanitarian and medical role in receiving and treating children and wounded individuals from Gaza, stressing that the hospital will maintain close follow-up of cases to ensure continuity of care and the best possible recovery outcomes.
