Amman, July 7 (Petra) -- Jordanian referee Adham Makhadmeh and his officiating team successfully handled the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 match between the United States and Belgium, played early Tuesday in the United States.

The Jordanian officiating crew also included assistant referees Ahmad Ruaili and Mohammad Bakar.

The team delivered a solid refereeing performance in the match, which concluded with Belgium securing a 4-1 victory over the United States.

The Jordanian refereeing team has established itself among the tournament's leading officiating crews after taking charge of several key matches during the FIFA World Cup.
