Amman, Nov. 13 (Petra) -- The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j), in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), organized a Jordanian pavilion at the "Biban 2025" forum, held at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Convention Center from November 5 to 8.

According to an int@j statement on Thursday, ten Jordanian startups participated in the pavilion, representing leading entrepreneurial projects in technology, innovation, and digital services.

Jordan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Haitham Abu Alfoul, inaugurated the pavilion, emphasizing the importance of Jordan’s participation in this global event.

He praised the progress and competence of Jordanian companies in offering innovative tech solutions that keep pace with global digital transformation.

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship said the participation in Biban 2025 is part of national efforts to strengthen the presence of Jordanian startups in regional and international markets and to promote Jordanian digital innovations that reflect the country’s advanced entrepreneurship and technology system.

The ministry noted that this participation highlights an active public-private sector partnership and underscores Jordan’s commitment to implementing the Economic Modernization Vision by supporting entrepreneurs and enabling startups to expand internationally.

For his part, int@j CEO Nidal Bitar said the participation reflects the association’s continuous efforts to empower Jordanian entrepreneurs and open new markets for them, stressing int@j’s commitment to building an integrated entrepreneurial system that reinforces Jordan’s position as a regional hub for digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

Marzban Cooper, Component Manager of the "Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment" project implemented by GIZ–Jordan, said the Jordanian startups demonstrated their entrepreneurial capabilities at Biban 2025, seizing the opportunity to present their innovative solutions and expand their business internationally.

The Biban Forum, organized by Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) under the theme "A Global Destination for Opportunities," is one of the region’s leading entrepreneurship events, bringing together top companies, investors, and experts to exchange experiences and explore emerging trends in the digital economy and entrepreneurship.
