Karak, Sept. 13 (Petra) -- A new creative industries initiative launched in Karak on Sunday, offering young people practical training aimed at strengthening critical thinking and turning ideas into innovative solutions and opportunities.
The Creative Industries Festival project began at the Creativity Club with a training session on critical and creative thinking and the SCAMPER methodology, which uses a series of structured techniques to rethink ideas, products and problems from different perspectives.
Participants worked through practical exercises designed to challenge conventional approaches, analyze problems and explore alternative solutions, with the session placing particular emphasis on experimentation and idea development.
The club said the decision to begin the project with critical and creative thinking reflects the importance of building the skills needed to generate and develop ideas before moving into the broader field of creative industries.
It added that the program is intended to equip young participants with tools that can help them develop initial concepts into practical ideas and potential opportunities.
