California, June 23 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II met in California with Manal Al-Dhaher, a Jordanian woman residing in the United States who recently appeared in a widely circulated video interview on social media expressing her deep longing for Jordan and her desire to return after 25 years abroad.

His Majesty extended an invitation to Al-Dhaher to visit the Kingdom at his own personal expense.

Al-Daher expressed her overwhelming happiness at meeting His Majesty the King and receiving the invitation, praising his keenness to connect with Jordanians wherever they are located.
