Amman, July 29 (Petra) -- The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Wednesday that scheduled maintenance and system upgrades will be carried out on several services linked to the Sanad application, resulting in the temporary suspension of some electronic services during specified periods.

In a statement, the ministry said the Digital Identity Management System, which handles user authentication and login for the Sanad application and the Unified Login Service, will be unavailable for one hour, from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

It added that digital payment services through the eFAWATEERcom service within the Sanad application will be suspended for two hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The ministry says citizens will continue to access their digital documents and certificates in the Sanad application, which will remain available throughout the maintenance period.
