Orange launches tenth local edition of social entrepreneurship award

Amman, April 8 (Petra) – Orange Jordan announced the opening of applications for the tenth local edition of its Social Entrepreneurship Projects Award 2026, with registration running from April 1 to May 10.
According to a company statement issued Wednesday, the initiative underscores Orange Jordan's continued commitment to supporting youth-led entrepreneurial projects that leverage digital tools to deliver innovative solutions with sustainable social impact across various sectors.
The company said the top three winners would receive cash prizes, along with the opportunity to be nominated for the global edition of the award in 2026.
Orange Jordan said the programme is a key pillar in fostering a supportive environment for innovation and contributing to the national economy.
Through such initiatives, the company aims to enhance young people's digital skills and practical experience, improving their employment and entrepreneurship prospects, according to the statement. Eligibility criteria include being at least 21 years old, leading a startup that has been operating for no more than five years, being based in at least one country where Orange operates in the Middle East and Africa and presenting a prototype of the proposed technological solution.
Applications can be submitted online via the official award platform.
