Amman, Oct. 28 (Petra) – Thabat Real Estate Development and IWG Group on Tuesday signed a strategic agreement to establish two new Regus-branded business centers in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

Under the agreement, signed by Thabat Chairperson Haethum Buttikhi and IWG Regional Senior Vice President, Middle East and Africa, Kory Thompson, the centers are set to open in the first and second quarters of next year.

Talking at the signing ceremony, Battikhi said the agreement aims to develop multiple centers in Amman to enhance the business infrastructure and support economic growth.

Battikhi added that the Regus centers will serve as innovation hubs and a foundation for expansion into key governorates across the Kingdom, reinforcing Amman’s position as a regional business hub.

Thompson, in turn, highlighted that the partnership with Thabat aligns with IWG’s strategy to expand in the Jordanian market, describing Amman as a promising destination with exceptional opportunities.

He noted that the new Regus centers will provide strong support to the office sector and reflect IWG’s commitment to offering world-class workspaces.

Thabat CEO Chris Orrell said the commercial real estate sector represents a core component of the company’s investment strategy.

On their role, he added that the new Regus centers will bring "significant" value to the business sector and mark a major milestone in the company’s growth, underscoring the importance of projects that promote innovation and development in Jordan.
