Beirut, April 4 (Petra) – Two girls were killed and 40 other people wounded, including one child, three women, and three paramedics, in two air strikes carried out by Israeli warplanes on the town of Habouch in the Nabatieh district and the city of Tyre in southern Lebanon, Lebanon’s Health Ministry announced.

In its daily report on Saturday, the ministry said the total number of martyrs since March 2 until April 4 had risen to 1,422, while the number of wounded had increased to 4,294.

A Lebanese security source said Israeli warplanes carried out heavy air strikes on the western Bekaa Valley and southern Lebanon in the afternoon.
