U.S. Stocks Extend Losses for Second Day; Oil Prices Rise

New York, April 21 (Petra) - Major U.S. stock indexes fell on Tuesday for a second consecutive session.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 292 points to 49,149, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq index declined 144 points to 24,259.
The S&P 500 index also fell by about 45 points to 7,064.
Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rose by around $3 to $91.80 per barrel.
