The corporation said the offered plots include residential and commercial land in the Abu Nseir Housing Project (Phase 7, Basin 10, Asahi al-Faqir) and Abu Nseir Housing Project (Phase 8, Basin 10, Asahi al-Faqir), as well as residential plots in the Mubs Housing Project (1+5, Basin 2, Western Slopes) and mixed residential and commercial plots in the Amman Housing Project (2, Basin 1, Awais).

Additional offerings include commercial plots in the Abu Alanda (1) and Abu Alanda (2) projects in Basin 27 (Manatir), residential plots in the Tabarbour (2) Housing Project (Basin 4, Umm al-Aqareb), Zaytouna (2) Housing Project (Basin 2, Dufayna), and the new Marka expansion project (Basin 1, Hanu al-Kassar).

In Zarqa Governorate, the corporation is offering light industrial plots within the Jabal Tariq Housing Project and the new Zarqa Housing Project, both located in Basin 13 (Wadi al-Hajar), in addition to residential plots in the Prince Hashim and Teachers’ Housing Project in Basin 3 (Rajm al-Jaysh).

In Mafraq Governorate, the offerings include residential plots in the Eidoun (1) Housing Project (Basin 3, Rajm Abu Falaha) and the Subha and Subhiya Housing Project (Basin 5, Baghdad Line), as well as commercial plots in the Mafraq expansion project (Basin 1, East Mafraq).

In Irbid Governorate, the corporation is offering residential plots in the al-Na’imah Housing Project (Basin 29, Hatim), commercial plots in the al-Badr–al-Hisn Housing Project (Basin 34, Batam Janoubi), residential plots in the al-Deera al-Hindawi Housing Project (Basin 62, Wadi al-Hindawi), and commercial plots in the Kafryouba Housing Project (Basin 5, Street).

In Jerash Governorate, residential plots are available in the Bayader Ajramah (1) and Bayader Ajramah (2) Housing Projects in Basin 3 (Bayader Ajramah).

The corporation invited interested buyers to visit its headquarters in Jabal Amman/Third Circle starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026, to submit applications and pay a cash deposit of 2% of the minimum auction price, with a minimum of 1,000 Jordanian dinars, in cash or via certified bank check payable to the applicant.

It said applicants must submit their purchase application, security check or receipt, and a copy of a valid national identification card in a sealed auction envelope to be placed in the designated box. The deadline for submission is 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

The corporation added that applicants wishing to purchase more than one plot must submit separate applications for each, while joint applications are permitted provided all required documentation and deposits are submitted.

It also urged prospective buyers to review the regulations related to the plots and infrastructure services at the Real Estate Directorate and to inspect the land thoroughly before submitting applications, noting that bids will be considered binding in their current condition.
