Zain Jordan Honors Outstanding Healthcare Workers at Princess Basma Health Center

Amman, July 8 (Petra) -- Zain Jordan on Wednesday honored 18 physicians and administrative staff at Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center during the inaugural Zain Jordan Ideal Employee Award 2026, organized by Himmetna Health Association, in recognition of their professional excellence and contributions to improving healthcare services.

The recipients were recognized for their dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare services and their outstanding service to patients and the community, reflecting the values of excellence, commitment, and public service.

The awards were presented by Zain Jordan CEO Fahad Jasem in the presence of Amman Governorate Health Director Dr. Taha Tamimi and Himmetna Health Association Founder and President Fadia Samara.

Zain Jordan said its sponsorship of the award reflects its strategic partnership with Himmetna Health Association and its belief in investing in people as a key pillar of healthcare development. The company added that supporting initiatives that recognize outstanding performance helps motivate healthcare professionals and contributes to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.

The company said the initiative is also part of its ongoing efforts to support the sustainability of Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center, which it helped renovate and equip through its partnership with Himmetna Health Association. It said the project underscores its commitment to advancing Jordan's healthcare sector while highlighting the role of collaboration between the private sector and civil society organizations in enhancing healthcare services.

For her part, Samara said the association is proud of its strategic partnership with Zain Jordan, which has supported its initiatives since the launch of its first projects.

"We are proud of our strategic partnership with Zain Jordan, which has supported us since the launch of our very first projects and has played a significant role in the success of our pioneering healthcare initiatives," she said. "This partnership reflects our shared belief in the importance of investing in people and promoting healthcare in underserved communities, setting a model for effective collaboration between the private sector and civil society." //Petra// AJ
