Higher Education Ministry Announces Scholarships from Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics

Amman, Feb. 1 (Petra)- The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Sunday announced the availability of master’s degree scholarships offered by the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics (CING) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The scholarships are available in several advanced scientific disciplines, including molecular medicine, medical genetics, neuroscience, and biotechnology.

The ministry said the scholarship covers tuition fees in addition to a monthly stipend of €1,000 to cover living and accommodation expenses in Cyprus, noting that the language of instruction is English.

It added that applicants are required to obtain a minimum score of 6 in the IELTS Academic test, 85 in the IBT TOEFL, and at least a grade C in the Cambridge IGCSE.

The ministry invited those wishing to apply to visit the following link: [https://extranet.cing.ac.cy/applynow]. For more information on the scholarship, admission requirements, and available services, applicants can visit: [https://www.cing.ac.cy/education].

It noted that the application deadline is May 10, while studies will begin in September. Applicants are also required to comply with the regulations for the equivalency of non-Jordanian certificates for 2023 and the amended instructions for 2025.
