Sterling firm against dollar, lower versus euro

London, Nov. 2 (Petra) -- The British pound rose against the U.S. dollar while slipping against the euro on Monday.

According to data from British financial markets, sterling traded at $1.34163, up 0.19%, while falling 0.17% against the euro to €1.19795.
