Aqaba, Oct. 27 (Petra) -- The Social Security Corporation (SSC) carried out its "You Ask, Social Security Answers from the Field" outreach initiative in Aqaba Governorate on Tuesday to directly engage with citizens and clarify insurance rights and statutory benefits.
In a statement, the SSC said its field teams set up awareness kiosks in the Ayla project area and Great Arab Revolt Square. Representatives addressed public inquiries regarding coverage, insurance entitlements, and service options available under the Social Security Law.
During the events, the SSC highlighted key features of its mobile application, including instant work injury reporting, rapid complaint response, an online portal for development suggestions, and the digital issuance of "To Whom It May Concern" certificates in English. The app also supports e-payment options via credit cards, ATM cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The corporation affirmed that it will continue conducting field initiatives across the Kingdom's governorates to strengthen public awareness and streamline access to social security services.
