Amman, Dec. 24 (Petra) -- Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) has issued a comprehensive set of specialized sectorial reports titled "Facts and Figures," covering 10 industrial sub-sectors in line with the Cabinet’s classification, as part of its institutional role in providing accurate and reliable statistical and analytical data.

According to a JCI statement released on Wednesday, the reports serve as an authoritative reference for decision-makers in both the public and private sectors, as well as researchers and investors.

They include detailed analyzes of industrial sector performance in recent years, alongside quantitative indicators such as production capacity, value added, export volumes, registered capital, number of industrial establishments, and employment levels.

JCI said the launch of the series aligns with its ongoing efforts to enhance economic transparency and build a comprehensive national industrial database.

The initiative is intended to support official institutions in formulating more effective economic policies based on an accurate assessment of the industrial landscape, while enabling the industrial sector to develop evidence-based growth plans.

The chamber added that improving the industrial business environment, boosting national exports, and strengthening the competitiveness of Jordanian products in local and international markets are shared strategic priorities that require up-to-date and precise information, an objective these reports are designed to meet.

JCI noted that the reports will be available on its official website (/https://jci.org.jo) and will be updated on a regular basis.
