Amman, Sep. 22 (Petra) – Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) has provided support for the Mobile Children's Museum and development of "Human Body" Exhibit.
This initiative contributes to expanding the museum's interactive educational experiences offered to children across the Kingdom and also enhancing the content and learning experience.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Jordan Museum said the support for the mobile program creates "a free, interactive" educational channel that reaches remote areas from the museum's main location.
Through 2 annual tours organized in coordination with JPMC, the program transforms the visited sites into temporary spaces featuring diverse interactive exhibits and activities, giving children the chance to discover, experience, and enjoy the museum's educational content free of charge.
The museum said support for developing the "Human Body" Exhibit introduces children to the 5 senses, the digestive system, and genetic traits in an interactive, simplified manner that links scientific concepts to hands-on experience.
In this context, the museum expressed its appreciation for the company’s confidence in its mission and its support for efforts to provide learning and exploration opportunities for children nationwide.
The museum noted that this support comes as the mobile program continues to strengthen its presence countrywide.
As the first of its kind, the program reached every governorate within a single year and attracted over 42,000 visitors.
This widespread outreach reflects the "high level" of interest in the mobile museum's educational experiences and its ability to reach children across various regions of Jordan, the statement said.
This reputation enhances the initiative's impact in providing learning and exploration opportunities for children regardless of their location.
