Amman, Dec. 23 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jafar Hassan on Tuesday received the Audit Bureau’s 2024 report during a meeting with Audit Bureau President Radi Hamadin at the Prime Ministry.

The prime minister commended the Bureau’s efforts in overseeing public institutions, particularly the updated methodology adopted in preparing the report. He underlined the government’s full support for the Bureau’s work and its commitment to cooperating in addressing all identified violations in accordance with the law.

Hassan stressed the importance of continuing periodic reviews of the Audit Bureau’s observations, ensuring their timely resolution, and preventing their accumulation, in order to safeguard public funds and reinforce compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

For his part, Hamadin briefed the prime minister on the report’s key findings, noting that the Bureau’s revised approach prioritizes preventive oversight, aims to reduce violations, and contributes to strengthening the national integrity system.
