PM meets National Charter Party, outlines gov't approach for next phase

Amman, Oct 14 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jafar Hassan met on Wednesday with the National Charter Party in a new series of engagements involving all political parties, underscoring the government's strategy of openness.

The meeting, attended by cabinet ministers, the National Charter Party’s Secretary-General Haditha Al-Khraisha, and head of the party’s Central Council Osama Masih, touched on a range of issues, top of which is the political modernization program for the next stage.

The Prime Minister also outlined his government's current activities and policies on various matters.

Two years in office, the Prime Minister has held a series of meetings with all parliamentary blocs, as well as associations, stakeholder groups, and sectors, to sustain the open government approach.
