SSC Launches Swift Complaint Response, Suggestion Services via Mobile App

AMMAN, Oct. 18 (Petra) – The Social Security Corporation (SSC) announced Sunday the rollout of a new suite of interactive digital services on its mobile application, designed to strengthen direct engagement with beneficiaries and streamline grievance redressal.

The newly deployed application features include a "Swift Response to Complaints" service alongside a dedicated public portal for citizen proposals operating under the slogan "Your Voice Is Heard, Your Idea Makes a Difference." In a press statement, the SSC clarified that the swift complaint response tool enables insured members, retirees, corporate entities, and businesses to submit grievances directly through the application. Users can track their complaint status in real-time and receive resolution feedback within binding timeframes, eliminating the need for in-person branch visits or third-party intermediaries.

Regarding the developmental proposals window, the SSC noted that the portal empowers citizens to actively participate in refining institutional procedures. All submitted ideas and observations will be reviewed and evaluated by specialized technical committees to integrate viable recommendations into operational frameworks.

SSC Spokesperson and Assistant Director-General for Insurance Shaman Al-Majali stated that the initiative aligns with the Corporation's digital transformation roadmap, positioning service beneficiaries at the core of administrative priorities.

Al-Majali emphasized that the SSC views user complaints and constructive feedback as actionable data points for continuous process improvement, encouraging citizens and insured individuals to utilize the updated mobile app to optimize their service experience.
