Amman, Oct. 29 (Petra) -- The Social Security Corporation (SSC) received a delegation of 20 economics students from the Hashemite University's Faculty of Business on Thursday as part of the faculty's Third Scientific Week activities.

The field visit aimed to familiarize students with the corporation's operational framework, insurance services, and role in supporting the national economy and expanding social protection, according to an SSC statement.

During the visit, students learned about the SSC's insurance and electronic services, institutional performance initiatives, and ongoing efforts to streamline service delivery for beneficiaries, insured individuals, and retirees.

The visit included an interactive Q&A session where students discussed social security regulations, coverage requirements, and the corporation's broader contribution to socio-economic stability across the Kingdom.

The SSC noted that hosting student delegations forms part of its strategy to collaborate with Jordanian universities, bridging academic concepts with practical application to raise awareness about social security frameworks.
