Amman, Oct. 23 (Petra)-- The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate announced that six people were killed and 28 others injured in an incident that occurred during a funeral in Karak Governorate.

The spokesperson expressed condolences to the families of the deceased, praying for God's mercy upon them and a speedy recovery for the injured.

He affirmed that investigations into the incident are proceeding intensively, adding that their findings will be announced as they become available.
