21-karat gold reaches JD83.4 in Jordan

Amman, Oct. 7 (Petra) - Local gold prices closed higher on Wednesday evening, with the 21-karat gold reaching JD83.4 per gram for selling from jewelry shops and JD79.6 for buying.

The selling price per gram for 24-karat and 18-karat gold stood at JD95.7 and JD73.9, respectively, according to the General Syndicate of Gold and Jewelry Traders and Goldsmiths.
