Amman, Feb 3 (Petra) - Umniah has been ranked as the best mobile network in Jordan for the third and fourth quarters of 2025 by Ookla, the global connectivity intelligence company.

According to a statement by Umniah on Tuesday, the ranking followed a comprehensive analysis of mobile network performance based on real-world data reflecting actual user experience across the kingdom.

Chief Executive Officer of Umniah by Beyon Faisal Al Jalahma said the achievement reflects the company’s continued investments in network modernization, innovation, customer experience, and performance excellence nationwide. He said this comes within the framework of a five-year investment plan worth nearly 300 million Jordanian dinars, focusing on developing the network, fiber-optic infrastructure, and digital solutions, enhancing Jordan’s readiness for the digital economy.

He added that Umniah has successfully expanded its 5G network coverage to include seven new governorates: Ajloun, Jerash, Balqa, Madaba, Karak, Ma’an, and Tafilah, in addition to launching 5G services at several strategic locations, including Aqaba Port and Airport, hospitals, universities, and major industrial zones.
