Amman, Sept 21 (Petra) -- The Jordan Strategy Forum (JSF) said on Monday that artificial intelligence (AI) adoption is experiencing rapid growth, emphasizing that its true value depends on how effectively companies deploy the technology to drive business innovation and heighten competitive edge.

In a newly published paper titled "The Nature of AI Use in Jordanian Companies," the think tank highlighted the private sector's current level of AI integration across business operations.

According to a JSF statement issued Monday, the findings draw on a survey of 4,205 registered private-sector enterprises operating across seven countries: Jordan, the United States, India, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, and Thailand.

The forum noted that the depth of AI adoption varies significantly across borders, particularly regarding advanced applications utilized for business development, operational decision-making, and commercial process automation.

JSF emphasized the critical need for local enterprises to maximize productivity gains from AI tools. To achieve this, the forum urged Jordanian businesses to broaden their awareness of available AI capabilities and systematically integrate these technologies directly into their core production processes.
