Temperatures Hover Around Seasonal Averages Across the Kingdom

AMMAN, Sept. 12 (Petra) -- Temperatures are expected to hover around their annual seasonal averages today, Saturday, bringing moderate conditions across most regions, while remaining hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate from the northwest.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department report, moderate conditions will persist on Sunday across most areas, remaining hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with moderate northwesterly winds occasionally picking up pace in the Badia.
A slight rise in temperatures is forecast for Monday, bringing relatively hot conditions to most areas, while staying hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will blow moderately from the northeast to the northwest.
On Tuesday, temperatures will dip slightly, bringing moderate weather to the mountainous highlands, relatively hot conditions to the plains, and hot weather elsewhere, accompanied by moderate northeasterly to northwesterly winds.
Today's expected high and low temperatures across the Kingdom range between thirty-three and twenty degrees in East Amman, thirty-one and eighteen in West Amman, twenty-nine and seventeen in the northern highlands, and twenty-eight and sixteen over the Sharah highlands, all measured in degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, readings will span thirty-seven to twenty in the Badia, thirty-two to eighteen across the plains, thirty-nine to twenty-four in the northern Jordan Valley, forty to twenty-seven in the southern Jordan Valley, forty to twenty-six at the Dead Sea, and thirty-nine to twenty-six in the Gulf of Aqaba.
