Amman, Oct. 3 (Petra) -- Minister of Youth Raed Adwan said on Sunday that the ministry is committed to delivering modern training programs tailored to young people's needs, enhancing their readiness for both academic and professional opportunities.
Al-Adwan made the remarks during a graduation ceremony for two English conversation courses organized by the Ministry of Youth at the Jafar Al-Tayyar Association. The ceremony was attended by the association's head, MP Abdul Rauf Rbeihat, the director of the Ministry's Youth Leadership Development Center, Shuruq Al-Hashim, and the association's vice president, Khader Al-Saud.
Al-Adwan called on young people to join youth centers and leverage the ministry’s sports, technical, training, and cultural activities to build practical skills and engage productively in areas of interest.
For his part, Rbeihat emphasized the value of training courses in addressing knowledge and skills gaps while strengthening competencies required by the job market, praising the ministry's efforts to facilitate continuous learning and self-development.
The 80-hour training courses involved 26 young men and women. The curriculum covered speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills, daily vocabulary usage, and practical interactive exercises designed to build confidence in English communication.
