Amman, September 21 (Petra) A young Palestinian woman was killed Monday by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire in the Al Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza City.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), two other Palestinians were injured by gunfire from Israeli military vehicles during an incursion near the Al Masdar cemetery in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources in the Strip said the total number of Palestinian fatalities in Gaza since the start of the Israeli war has reached 73,914, while the number of injured stands at 174,952.

The sources added that 1,394 Palestinians have been killed and 4,839 injured since the ceasefire that took effect on October 11, while 834 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble.
